Account Terms
What am I agreeing to when I create an account?
These Account Terms are the house rules for playing at Moose Jaw Casino. When you sign up, log in or place a bet with us, you agree to follow them.
They work alongside our Bonus Terms, Personal Data Policy and Cookie Policy, plus our Player Protection, Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Protecting Minors pages. Please give them all a read before you play.
If any part of these terms is not right for you, you should not use the site. We prefer that you ask us first, so send us an email with any question you have.
Can these terms change?
Yes. We revise these terms each time our games, payment options or the rules for online gambling change.
Changes that touch your account? We'll drop you an email, or you'll see a message the next time you sign in. The updated terms take effect on the date shown on this page.
Keep playing past that date and the updated terms apply to your account. Not happy with them? Just stop playing and email us to shut your account.
What is not allowed?
We want every game to be fun and fair for all our players. These things are not allowed:
- Letting scripts, bots or automated tools bet in your place, or using anything that gives you an unfair advantage.
- Working with other players to pass along information or rig results.
- Opening extra accounts, or using someone else's account or payment details.
- Depositing stolen money or moving money on behalf of anyone else.
- Exploiting a fault in a game or an error on the site rather than reporting it to us.
- Hiding or faking the place you are playing from.
- Abusing or threatening our support team.
Should we catch any of these, your balance may be frozen, the bets involved cancelled and your account closed. Where the law says so, the right authorities will get your details from us.
Which laws apply?
These terms follow the laws of Canada, including the local laws that apply where you live.
Sign-up is open to you only when local law permits gambling in your area. Canadian requirements shape how we confirm your age and ID and how we prevent money laundering.
How do the games operate, and what if one stops working?
Every game has a help screen that sets out its rules and payouts. Please check it before you try a game for the first time.
Our slots and digital table games decide results with a random number generator (RNG). Independent test labs, eCOGRA or GLI, check that these games perform as they should.
In live games, real dealers host the action from a studio and the video is sent to you as it happens. The outcome is whatever takes place at the table, as the studio records it.
If a game, the server or the stream fails, any play affected by the fault is void. We give back the stake for that play. A fault never creates a win, and we cancel any payout it causes.
Lost your connection mid-round? Most games pick up where you left off when you return, and your game history always shows the result.
Who can play at Moose Jaw Casino?
You can play with us if all of these are true:
- Your age is 19 or higher.
- You live in Canada, in a province or territory where local law permits online casino gambling.
- You have not self-excluded with us and no other reason bars you from gambling.
Before we accept a first deposit, we confirm two things: your ID and the place you're playing from. Only adults 19 or older can play here. To see how age checks work, visit our Protecting Minors page.
How do bonuses fit in?
Bonuses, free spins and Moose Jaw Rewards follow our Bonus Terms. Those terms cover who can claim an offer, how it works and what happens if an offer is misused.
If the Bonus Terms and these Account Terms ever differ on a bonus point, the Bonus Terms win.
How many accounts can I have, and how do I sign up?
Every player gets a single account. When we find more than one, we keep one open, close the rest and may void any bets and winnings placed on those extras.
When you sign up, give us your real date of birth, full name, email address and home address. Something changed? Email us and we'll update your account.
Pick a strong password and don't share it. Every login and action on your account counts as yours, so if you think someone else has logged in, email us right away.
What are we responsible for?
Our team does its best to keep the site running smoothly. Still, it may sometimes be down or have errors, and we can't guarantee it won't.
If something goes wrong on our side, we put your balance right. That means returning a voided stake or correcting a wrong payout.
Losses that come from your device, a poor connection or the bet sizes you choose are not our responsibility. Legal rights you have that can't be excluded still apply.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
Every balance is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). There are no fees from us when you deposit or withdraw.
The minimum deposit is C$10. Accepted deposit methods are Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal, Instadebit, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Jeton, prepaid or gift cards, and Skrill.
You can cash out with:
- Interac e-Transfer
- PayPal
- Instadebit
- MuchBetter
- Skrill
- Bank wire or transfer
The smallest withdrawal is C$50. Interac pays up to C$9,500 per transaction, and a bank transfer can carry up to C$40,000.
With most payment options, your money takes one to four hours to reach you. Picking a bank wire? That one moves slower, with 12 hours as the maximum.
Any payment method you add to your account has to be yours. Our Anti-Money Laundering Policy explains the checks we carry out on payments.
How do I make a complaint?
Write to [email protected] with your username, which payment or game it was, the day and time, and a short note on the problem. Screenshots help a lot!
A member of our team looks into it and replies by email. If we need more details, we write back and ask.
Who owns what you see on this site?
We own the Moose Jaw Casino name, logo, design and written material. Games, graphics and sounds are owned either by us or by the studios that produce them.
Please use this site just for your own personal play. Before copying, reselling or reusing anything here, you need our written okay.
How do I get in touch?
We are always happy to hear from you. Email [email protected] with any question about your account, a game or these terms.
